Frequently Asked Questions and Policies
Do I qualify for the specials if I already have an appointment?
If you’re a new guest you automatically qualify for our 1-2-3 program.
Seasonal Specials and our on-going Loyalty Promotions discounts are not applicable to existing appointments. They may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
In order to receive these discounts, you MUST mention the Special or Promotion so our Front Desk Staff can verify eligibility and apply discounts appropriately – this is not done automatically.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’re unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us a call 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule and service other clients appropriately. We always appreciate the heads up!
What is your no show policy?
Yes, after (2) No Shows, we reserve the right to request a booking fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services for any future appointments.
What is your product return policy?
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened at purchase price. If opened or used we can give store credit within the 14 days.
What is your returned check policy?
If the check you deposit is returned because there are insufficient funds in the account on which it is drawn or for any other reason, you will be responsible for the amount of the check. Customers are charged a $30 fee when a check which has been deposited is returned unpaid.
